Join us for this 4 week session and learn how to incorporate free weights into your fitness routine.



Weight training offers powerful benefits for aging women, including:



Increased muscle strength and tone



Improved balance and coordination



Stronger bones and better bone density



Enhanced joint flexibility and posture



Boosted metabolism and support for healthy weight



Elevated mood and mental clarity



Greater energy and independence in daily life



We will begin with a warm up, light weight lifting circuit, then end with a cool down.



Please bring a yoga mat, 5-8 lbs weights,



towel and water to class.
